Payment
Your item will ship within the time specified after your payment is received. If you need to cancel your order please do so within 24 hours.
Shipping
All items are made to order and will be shipped within approximately 5 business days after your order is placed and payment is received, unless otherwise noted. Expedited shipping can be arranged if needed, please contact us for a quote on the additional costs for rush delivery.
All items ship UPS ground or USPS Priority Mail.
Items shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped USPS Priority in most cases. Larger items shipping to these states will ship UPS ground.
Items shipped outside the U.S. will be shipped USPS International Priority.
Shipping prices are for items shipped within the lower 48 shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will be subject to additional charges. I can ship anywhere so please inquire about international shipping rates.
Please make sure your Paypal address is current. Labels are printed from Paypal and your current Paypal address will be used unless you notify me of a change.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not happy with your purchase please be in touch within 5 days after receiving your item. I will do my best to work with you to find a solution to any problem you have with your purchase; I want you to have a positive shopping experience.
Because each item is made to order, I cannot offer refunds except in cases where the item is damaged in some way due to an error on my part. However, exchanges can be made within 7 days of receipt of goods. In these cases the buyer will be responsible for additional shipping costs.
